Silent Fires performs ”Banyak” in Norway

This Silent Fires concert – shot last year in Norway with the highly-talented Karoline Wallace, Hilde Marie Holsen, Håkon Aase + Synne Garvik (not on this video, but her soul is definitively there) – keeps reminding me how each day is a timeless gift. Back in November 2019, we just flew back to Oslo after the most packed Parisian 48 hours of concerts, videoclips, video-games, photo-shootings, Neapolitan pizza (yes, in Paris) & electric scooter rides. The local train and a calming snowy panorama quickly took us to the town of Spikkestad and its two-story building Teglen kirke go kultursenter (a church + a cultural center) where both magnificent piano & room acoustic peacefully coexist. Tusen takk Johan Wallace for inviting us and Guro Cornelia for allowing me to discover this wonderful place. Pierluca Taranta captured such incredible images of the concert (edited by Emanuela Macchniz).
