“Piano Music 3” is Alessandro Sgobbio’s new follow-up to his acclaimed “Piano Music” (2022) & “Piano Music 2” (2023). The Italian pianist and composer presents eight new intimate compositions, each of them dedicated to a person, place or topic that have a special meaning and importance to him.

Performed on a stunning Fazioli F278 Grand Piano, the album has been recorded, mixed and mastered by Stefano Amerio at the Artesuono Studios in Italy.

”Piano Music 3 intertwines the sadness of the present and the mystery of the future, with a crazy hope that something unexpected can always happen and burst into the passage of time. This is music for the soul, for meditation: a break that keeps us company in the absurd life, a truce in the violence of reality. In French, I would speak of a «havre de paix »”.
